SIX SIMPLE STEPS

Step 1 - Introduction
We''ll meet with you at your home or workplace to discuss your needs and design possibilities.

Step 2 - Information
We''ll come back to you with an itemized, detailed Workscope a few days later (depending on the project size), to review it and to discuss options.

Step 3 - Kick-off Meeting
Upon your approval we will have a "Kick-Off" meeting with our Architect, the project manager assigned for your project and other pertinent trades to thoroughly review the Workscope and make any added changes. We also take site measurements for material selection. During the meeting we will discuss how we can obtain the building license (If necessary) and also how we can help with getting a renovation loan approved (If needed)

Step 4 - Product Selection
The next step is to meet our designers and pick out your materials, for example tiles, paint, stones, appliances, cabinetry and countertops...etc. Once you''ve selected and approved these items, we will order everything

Step 5 - The Transformation Begins
Upon the arrival of materials, we will be ready to begin. Our team will coordinate all components of the project, including trades, materials deliveries and all of the other details.

Step 6 - Completion
Upon completion, Gold Zone sends out a survey to make sure that you are satisfied with our services and your 12 months service and products guarantee goes into effect. As promised by the Gold Zone team we will pay a penalty if the project is delayed from the project completion date provided by us.
